Return policy

•    If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free exchanges or returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product and get a store credit, a different product, or a refund of the original payment method.

•    Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
•    Discounted items are considered non-refundable sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
•    Returned items must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging
•    Returned items must have no visible signs of use, wear, stains and/or blemishes.

To initiate an exchange or return, complete the following steps:

2.    Tell us the purchase number and the items to be returned.
3.    We will send you a guide with the instructions to make the shipment.
4.    Print your shipping label and paste it on the packaging where you will make the return to us.
5.    Send us all the items using the label and as soon as we receive it we will inform you of the steps to follow for the exchange or return.
